During the inaugural phase, submissions and all editorial correspondence are managed through the journal’s institutional email.

Before sending

Confirm the article type

Check the limits and reporting guideline on the Articles page.

Prepare separate files

Cover letter, title page, anonymous main manuscript, conflict disclosure, ethics documentation and reporting checklist when applicable.

Remove identifying information

The main manuscript must be suitable for double-anonymous review.

Send one complete email

Recommended subject: PULSE Research Submission | Article type | Short title.

The editorial office will acknowledge receipt, assign an internal manuscript identifier, and request any missing items before editorial screening.

  3. Double-anonymous external peer review when appropriate.
  4. Editorial decision communicated from the journal email.

The journal does not currently provide language-editing or manuscript-editing services.
